 Brief Summary:

This is a beautiful gift from our good friend Kusanagi!  Not too long ago he gave Hany these line drawings asking him to color them and here we have a collection of some really cute characters.  It's a pretty much clean collection, and the stories are more silly than pervy which is always a nice change of pace, not everything has to be about sex, ya know XD (if I had it my way though....*naughty grin*)

There is even a short story with a comical outline of the characters and their personalities and they're reallly funny!  We don't get many gifts here at Hatarakibachi, let alone ones from friends that we have known for so long, most of our team has known Kusanagi for a decent amount of time now.  He is a very fun, outgoing, and let's not forget pervy boy.  I've never seen him say an unkind word and he's always polite.  It's wonderful to be on the recieving end of a gift from such a wonderful person.

On behalf of myself and everyone here at Hatarakibachi: Busy Bee Translations, we Thank you from the bottom of our hearts <3 for spending the time on making us this lovely set of pictures, and let's not forget about Hany, who really spiced up the images with his cute color schemes!

Ha ha, you are most welcome, fellas! I did, however, notice that you guys acquired some new crew WHILE I was doing the pictures. Er, sorry about that, new guys! I promise I'll get to work on your very own characters soon as I can. X3

Also, please don't say "receiving end" around me, because then I just might be tempted to draw you Busy Bees in a XXX-slash-suggestive poses.

...nope, too late! I'm gonna do it anyway! XD

Nicely done. Going by the drawing of Dari-Kun would I be correct in believing she is a fellow collar wearer? I own two black leather ones.

Kusanagi, I'd love to see both of those, provactive bees and new members, hehe I am really looking forward to it, thank you so super much!

ShotaFan, Yes, it is very well-known about me that I am into Josou and BDS&M XD hehehe I own a few collars but find myself wearing kitty ears the most and.., a mini.... ^^;; I should stop XD

Dari-Kun - I also black leather wrist bands and armbands and even a basic harness. I'm not into BDSM although I wouldn't mind wearing a leather collar and use a double connector chain with my boyfriend (I'm a guy, fill in the blank XD) if I had him here with me in person.

I got interested in wearing a leather collar after I watched a few episodes of Yugioh during my 20s.

I've been looking to see you on my MSN Dari. One of my guesses is that you've been very busy lately. If you haven't looked in the group email yet I'm ready to throw the gauntlet down and post my MSN here.

I like the added background.

Shotafan; Sorry I haven't been on msn lately, I'll have to check the group e-mail too, you have been right as I have been super busy, I go to college for this kinda stuff actually so lately it's been a bit hectic being I don't drive and have to take two-bus each way, so by time I get home some days it's homework and then I'm in bed by like 6-7 and up at 3-4am and out door by 6, the only free-time I have I'm either with my bf who gets jealous when I'm on computer or I'm working on a book, I haven't been using MSN much lately, I was on not too long ago though (couple of days) .. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this ... hehe I'm a boy btw XD you said "she" so I'm assuming you thought I was a girl :P

Thank you for the compliment on the background and stuff, we're in the middle of reworking the layout for our one-year anniversary... ;)

Toki-kun, I fixed that and I humbly apologize for not adding your name, I was rushing when I made the post and it was not my intention to exclude you, sorry about that my friend.

Darikun - Your screen name did have me thinking you're female. I was going to put he /she and say that I'm uncertain of your gender. I usually do that when I'm unsure of another's gender online.

Now I know you're a fellow boy so I won't type she again when referring to you. XD

Hehehe it's okay ShotaFan, I mean the way I speak and then the picture ... It can kinda be misleading XD

Come to think of it, it's different in the West than it is in the East, in the East (Japan) it is uncommon for boys to be buying and reading Shota, it's actually oriented towards girls, and over there girls just looovvee gay boys, maybe it's for the same reason we do.

I actually know a few straight males that like Yaoi and Shota. Out here in the West though, I've noticed the material is primarily grabbed up by boys although I do know some girls that love yaoi at school, I didn't dare bring up shota XD hehe it's touchy topic at school that I'd be best not mention. IRL i love older boys, hence why my bf is 11 years older than me XD but some people assume that if you like shota that your a perv for kids, which is unfortunate but there is no way you can convince people to see art as you see it.

Some people like shota because it's good fapping material, others like myself, like it for not only that but for the whole package, the cuteness, the MOE, the FANTASY, it's comedy (they are comic books after-all, hehehe I love a Shota book that can be cute and make me giggle) There's even artists like Uchoten and Tsukumo Gou (my two favorites, well I have a few favorites but Uchoten is top) that have serious stories that can wrench your heart into tears.

Shota is so much more than fap material, and those that understand that can really appreciate what Shota is, it's a beautiful form of artwork and I just love it.

I'm sorry for rambling on, just in one of those moods where I felt like sharing <3 hehe hope ya don't mind ... PS: I can't wait to talk to you already Mr. ShotaFan hehehe

Darikun - No problem with the rambling, I do it myself at times. I like shota for various reasons.

One of those reasons is the cuteness of course. I like seeing cartoon boys being very nice to each other and expressing their feelings to each other. Which is why I like The Amazing World of Gumball. Gumball and Darwin are so cute and funny together.

I also enjoy both hardcore and softcore shota.
The romantic softcore shota stories speak to the younger me inside. It causes me to look back on my childhood and teen years and wonder what it could have been like if another boy was in love with me than. Plus if the desire for romance with another was unlocked at that time.
Yeah, I get pulled in by the fantasy of it.

The reality is that romantic desire unlocked in me after I turned 24 when I developed a crush on a cute guy that lived in apt C at that time here in the triplex.

To address the concern you mentioned: Sadly here in the US some people allow others to do their thinking for them. They rely on the media, politicians and the so called "experts" to form their views on subjects. Like the wise saying goes: "If you don't think for yourself others will gladly do it for you" Having said that, some people even think that a drawn fake child has to have their rights to be drawn in a non sexual situation protected. I have seen such a comment or two posted in Ygallery on the Shota Poll. Some even made mean comments, including a mod. In the minds of such individuals shotacon = child molestor even if that child is made up in the mind of an artist and drawn on paper. Thinking that way than that means if the artist decides they're not pleased with the drawing and puts it through a paper shredder they have murdered a child in cold blood! That would be just ridiculious! If someone wants to think that way they're free to do so.

On another note: My boyfriend is 3 years younger than me. Plus 1000 or so miles from me in Mexico (I'm in New Jersey) Such distance finally got me figuring out what to do with my life. Which I have mentioned in another comment.

As I said already I ramble too, I rather enjoy it, gives my anxious mind something to do with itself XD.

See you next time, either here or on MSN, whichever happens first.
