Hey friends! One of our teammates, Hokutomaru, happened across an adorable bee shota as you can see above. After seeing this adorableness, I went looking through the artist's Pixiv and have compiled a wonderful set of some extremly cute neko-mimi shota's as well as some other shota that are just to die for. If you were looking for a nice MOE, worksafe set of shota, then this is for you. Each image has such wonderful detail and they are all big and HQ. This is part one of a two part set, the titles have been translated by me and the second set will include the images that need editing for translating.
The artist's name is Niwa 「にわ」. All of his work and contact information can be found at the following link if you have a Pixiv account.
We highly recommend you check out this set, it has some of the cutest most innocent images we've seen in a LONG time!

Some good choices with this one Dari. Two of my personal faves are Taste of First Love and Eating Secretly.
When looking at Niwa's Pixiv I see that I had previously bookmarked a Taste of First Love to my Pixiv. I have added Niwa to my watch list now.
Pixiv is certainly a shota goldmine and the site makes it so easy to overdose on it. Which is just the way I like it ^_^

Shotafan,
First, let me say, I'm surprised to hear you already knew of the picture. A lot of our visitors here don't know of Pixiv, eventhough it's in our links section. I'm glad Niwa has made your watch list, I love cute moe shota like that, not everything has to be naughty to envoke emotion and Niwa's artwork definately invokes emotion.
While Pixiv is a wonderful site, and since I first started going there - they have made it much more English user friendly. Even so, if one doesn't know any Japanese it's a tricky site to use. I have to admit though that I have found some of my favorite image packs on Pixiv and totally concur with your thinking. It's not only goof for shota though, it's great for Loli and even regular anime/gaming artwork, I've seen some BRILLIANT artists as well as professional artists at Pixiv.
One day when I am confident enough in my skills I will post on that site too (I'm Computer Arts major but the material I make for school doesn't fall into the Hataraki Bachi range). Compared to a while ago, I know I could draw some good shota but not good enough yet, practice makes perfect.
And that's one of the great thing about Pixiv is that you have professionals such as Kiriya and novices, Niwa for example has been on Pixiv since 2009, he/she even has a picture showing their progress from 2009-12 of a shota with pink eyes and bat wings, the difference in the technology he used then and now as well as the quality of the art is an amazing transformation and I see it again and again, artist that have wonderful pics now and shotty ones that are way older. Pixiv is a great place to get sneak previews of Convention doujinshi and to watch an artist progress. It's one of my favorite sites of all time.
Plus it has the r-18 option to protect you if you're in a school computer lab ;)
Well I yapped on enough XD Sorry, thank you and we appreciate that you like the set!
