- To view full size of an image in a post: Click Image (so window pops up) → Right click Image → Click View Image; and from there you can view the actual sized image -

► What is the proper order order of reading the bubbles of a translated doujinshi or manga?
This is an easy one to answer, take a look;

To break it down quickly:
Romaji = The Roman Character's replication of Japanese characters and sounds. This is for non-Japanese speakers to be able to at least read the spelling of the Hiragana or Kanji that is before them
Hiragana = Is the critical one of the two syllabary (~alphabets) that make up the Japanese. Hiragana is used for Japanese words that originated from Japan. Katakana is it's alternative and is primarily used for pronouns as well as non-Japanese words adopted into the culture, it can also be used to put emphasis on certain words similar to how the west has italics.
Kanji = A major part of Japanese language outside of it's two syllabaries is the Kanji format. Kanji is usually intertwined with Hiragana to create verbs and phrases. Kanji is a system that originated from China and adapted to Japanese culture. Kanji are pictographs that represent words, when combined they can create phrases and other similar things. In short, Kanji are pictographs used to represent words, numbers, phrases and a variety of other things and are the third core to basic Japanese language.

- 12-19 are exactly the same except the third number is changed. To count up to one hundred you could use this easy method. 1+10+1 = 11 as we see in example 11. Fourteen would be:
Ichi Jyuu Shi 「一十四」 - 20 and above is the same concept except the character before jyuu 「(x)十(x)」 is changed.
Ergo, 23 is: Ni Jyuu San 「二十三」
And 56 is: 五十六
Another simulatory example would be in the United States, most people know that the South has much differemt manerisms and usage of words compared to other parts of the county such as the North, California and even Texas - all have their own dialect using similar and same words.
This is not uncommon as you can see and quite reasonable when the vast size of Japan is taken into consideration - it may look small on a map but I assure you, Japan is rather large in size.

This is question is rather easy to answer as well. Using .RAR files is the most common method used to compress and 'zip' up the material that we share. A .RAR is a type of .zip file but not as easily accessible as you need to follow these instructions, unless you already have software that is .RAR compatible. I don't know exactly why we use them but .RARs tends to have better compression/less error rates. To be able to open these compressed files you will need an extracting program that can handle .RAR files. Win-Rar is one of the most common programs for these, you can download free as well as premium versions of this program at their website, here.

However, the BEST way to contact us is through the communication page or via a recent post.
2. While we try to stay on top of the e-mails the BEST way to contact us is by leaving comments on recent posts or the comment page. Even if it is something unrelated, bring it up and one of us will take it from there. Truth is, I forget to check the e-mail A LOT and our old address got so much spam that it got annoying. Hopefully this new one is better =) But we always notice the post comments quickly.

4. We do not do commissions nor do we take any form of monetary donations, unless you are the artist yourself and want an English version of your work. There is NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS. The main reasoning behind this is that taking money destroys fair-use protection under copyright laws. We also do not take money for translation commissions because the work is not ours to profit on, if you're going to spend money on something - support the artist and buy a doujinshi or similar. We do consider suggestions, especially material that has not been mass shared yet.
5. Regular requests are encouraged though, especially if you provide us with the work to look at. As stated above, exclusive material and material that has not been mass shared has a higher probability of being translated. If you send us a link to material rest assured that your privacy and work will be preserved within the confines of our group and not shared unless translated. People providing scans are entitled to credit on both the credit page and release post - just give us your nickname or screen name to use unless you wish to remain anonymous. Let us know if you wish to remain anonymous.
To leave a suggestion of work to translate.
A) Leave comment "I was wondering if you could,,,," or E-mail.
B) Send a more detailed link with direct d/l. We can not guarantee requests will be done but we do our best to satisfy everyone. Take Kiriya's School Boys Saga for example - it's a high demand and we put out what comes out.

► Can I be a Busy Bee? If so How can I become a Busy Bee member?
Most of us have become familiar and friendly through the forums, either Genki or Noke. Join a forum, be active, have fun and you'll learn who we are as people and if you're interested, well you can join. There have been exceptions though, we are a hobby group - this isn't a full time job, but if your friendly and have some skills with editing, translating, grammar or whatever, drop us a line =)
The more the merrier, but as stated, if you want a group that cranks out books all day everyday, then this isn't the place for you, we don't set deadlines because we have real lives outside the group. However, if your a soloist that likes to do translations, and just needs a little help with either un-censoring, editing or just proof-reading and want a place to call home - we welcome you.
We will consider anyone who wants to join this group, as the more the merrier, hence the forum suggestion earlier. You don't have to be the best at your title(s) either, the main requirement is ability to work with others and to have fun! We can always use an extra hand or two, even if you want to be a gopher to gather pics for image sets, we have many available opportunities and the pay is great! Lots of compliments from teammates and fans, seeing a book earn [+'s] and getting comments is a great feeling. We do this not just for us but mostly for the fans, obviously we can read the material, it's sharing it that makes our hive special. I say it's lax and it is but we are very busy bees, we always have multiple projects going on at once, as well as solo projects.
So, if you want to make friends and be a part of one of the best shota; loli and related anime translation sites then just send a comment or e-mail ;D
PS: A Sample of your work is always helpful too. We do want to maintain a certain type of product integreity here. We're not translators/editors and proofers that are going to make messy looking books.
The way each release looks is a reflection upon the whole team, we may be very small as of late but we but pride into our hobbies. I've seen some nasty translations over the years, if you translate SFX do it next to them, not criss-crossing with no stroke, I've even seen English text right over the Japanese. XD It's seems silly that if someone has talent to do a scanlation along with editing you'd figure they'd take their time and do it nice, right? I guess not. So, if you do want to join, pride is a staple, not experience, a lot of the team started a Noob's and are wonderful now, I humbly include myself, even though I was part of the original three, I wasn't as skilled. If you wan't to learn or maybe even teach then this place is a good choice too!
I made this way too long! XD So, long story short, if you have a little passion, a bit of dedication and pride then you're welcome to join us (upon a group discussion, sample work helps)

► How do I find certian material or posts?
There are many ways to find material on our site. To navigate our site to find material may seem tricky but there are various ways that will be explained here. The methods range from date to artist to exact genre and even sub-genre of material
The first methods of searching are on the right side of the blog. I will explain each method in the order in which it appears then move to the left side.
Search Method 1 - Google Search Bar: This bar is for Hataraki Bachi: Busy Bee Translations only, it will not lead you away from the blog, simply put the title, artist, word or phrase to search our blog for whatever you want.
Search Method 2 - Post Archive by Date: Here it is descending chronological order, meaning the highest month is the current/last month something was released. Whether it was a blog update or posted material. It's a great method if you took a break or vacation and want to catch up on stuff you missed or if you are a new visitor and want work from the start of the blog.
Search Method 3 (Left Side) - Categories (Series, Author, Ect.): This is really a Tag section that I made into various ways to search by artist, series, parody etc. By clicking a particular tag you will be brought to every item we have posted under that category. Almost all posts have more than one tag.
I will explain the Characters below in descending order as they appear.
Note: The xxx's used are just fillers to explain the character setup.
Regular Brackets ( xxx ): This method is used to search by Parody/Series or Original Shota/Loli Series.
Parody works are works an Author chooses to base their work on and use characters from; The characters can be from Video Games, Animes, or something else like Vocaloid or Danji Rangers (Both of which are very popular yet were just mascots.)
An Original Series is an Artist's exclusive series such as The SpitFire Saga by Uchouten [Luciferhood] or School Boys by Kiriya [Gymno]. Any original works that are part of a series will also have brackets. Basically, brackets = series.
Stars: * xxx * : This is used to search by Artist or Circle. Usually the Artist and Circle are included in one set of stars, so if you don't see your circle it might be because you're just looking at the Artist name or we didn't do that artist.
* xxx * is an example of an Artist tag
* xxx [xxx] * is an example of an Artist [Circle] tag.
Dashes: - xxx - : These are used for special tags such as material type (4koma, Doujinshi, Yomikiri, Image Set, etc. Other special tags would be: Raw (untranslated/edited), Special Releases, Holoday Sets, Special Releases and so forth. Just take a look and you will see what I mean.
Squared Brackets [ Blog Updates ] : This is used for, you guessed it, Blog Updates. A LOT of Blog updates come with image sets to download. ALL blog updates will have at least one image to download. Blog update releases are in folders tagged with 'BURXXX' the "X's" represent the Blog Update release number.
No Symbols, Just Words : This is regular tags. By clicking on a particular tag you can find access to certain material posted on the blog such as BDSM, Loli, Shota, Ecchi, Kemo-shota, R-16, R-18, Work-Safe, Straight Shota and many, many more.
Important Note: Sometimes tags are forgotten so while this method is pretty great it is not 100% accurate but more like 98% - I make sure all posts have tags and are done so properly but sometimes a tag will slip through the cracks. The Artist Tags, Material and Type are nearly 100% accurate though. Sometimes tags will be excluded to prevent material from removal especially items by Ni*tendo - They're brutal with that :P
