It would be not extremely smart. Tsukumo Gou is going to present you a DMCA removal request if you keep uploading his brand newest comics.

We sincerely apologize and promise it will never ever happen again. We're just such bg fans that we wanted to share with others that couldn't access the material otherwise hopefully inspiring them to purchase Tsukumo Gou's work. As stated above, we're just a bunch of fanboys with a hobby and we never ever want to impose on the rights of our favorite artists, it's a sense of blasphemy on our side to upset you. Again we apologize and it will not happen again.

Personally, I will never pay for another one of Tsukumo Gou's comics again until I see proof that his bakayaro policy of releasing lower quality/higher censoring releases to gaijin ends. You may fool most of the suckers who can't speak your language, but you don't fool me! Not only can I read and understand Japanese, but I also have WebMoney and in-Japan buyers! I don't speak for anyone else, but I will continue to facilitate distribution of your works without paying until fairness is demonstrated! You can start by not ripping off english DLsite buyers with inferior product!

BTW, who do you think it is who pirates your work at first? Wheree do we get it it from? We get it off Share/PerfectDark where plenty of Nihonjin are more than willing to stab you in the back! So knock it off with your gaijin hating ways!!! It's your own people you should worry about!

Whoa, Anonymous! O_O

My goodness! Don't let yourself get so bitter there. Listen, it's not like I can't understand a little bit of what you brought up, as I am very much a foreign buyer of doujinshi and manga from Japan. Lots of issues could be made from the very delicate relationship from creators and buyers, particularly in this type of genre. However, it's best to have a broader perspective. The person in question requested that we remove Gou's "newest" works, and there was no mention to take such action for the previous Tsukumo Gou translations that we posted. Obviously, doujinshi artists have to make a living too, so it's not unreasonable to ask they we not post their latest releases. It's not a gaijin vs. nihonjin battle going on here. We are all just trying to exist in the same world (metaphorical and physical XD), so it's best to understand the other's perspective a little bit more instead of making this issue a "us vs. them" scenario. Fans often don't understand the need for artists to make a living, and doujinshi/manga artists often don't understand that as foreign buyers we face many serious obstacles (social, financial, ethical, legal, etc...) that prevent us from obtaining the works that we want to purchase. In regards to more censored and lower quality releases at english-speaking website dealers, that is more about the policy of the websites in question and not always the artists. For material like japanese shota and loli material, this is especially a dangerous product for sellers to even offer outside of Japan (and even in their own country). It's not fair perhaps, but remember that it's not like the rest of the world looks favorably on such products, so you can't begrudge them for being cautious with even offering inferior versions of said material.

Since this request was made and this post was removed, a lot of people seemed upset and many have told me they don't think the request is legitimate. As has been said, we are just fans, and we aren't interested in situations that would upset the artists we love, nor are we interested in getting into any legal entanglements over what we consider to be a cherished hobby of ours. So, we will take requests to remove content seriously, without prejudice or ill-will towards the requester, and move on to other projects and translations, so we are able to keep being involved with other fans in a genre that we have a passion for. That's all we want to do! ^_^
