Brief Summary:
The first notable thing about this release is that it is actually two stories in one. Scarlet Perpetual and Scarlet Infinity. Originally released in an anthology form, a remastered version titled "Night Flight" was later released with an alternate ending as well. This is high quality shotacon at it's best. It is important to note - this is not the Night Flight version of these stories. These are the original stories from the anthologies just translated for your reading pleasure. Did I mention that this is Uchouten work? *heart* IMHO, there is no such thing as a bad Uchouten work but I'm biased being they ARE my favorite artist as well as UchoFan1's.
Now, the story itself... First off - The entire series here is totally uncensored =)
In the first story; A young male ninja is filling in for his father's work. Injured his father is not capable of "Taking Care" of the local shrine maiden. The young ninja, Nanahoshi, quickly finds himself amidst an erotic secret and is pleaded to do his duties for shrine maiden Rio-sama. Rio-sama's secret is well kept and actually something that was and is still performed to this day.. what is the secret? Guess XD Either way, Rio-sama gets very tired from all of the praying that cums with the job that some special relaxation techniques are required for optimal praying. Rio-sama is also a person who knows just what they need and apparently praying makes the young maiden extremely aroused XD Rio-sama is also, seemingly, a big fan of reciprocation ;P

The second story takes place with Rio-sama's replacement, Manon-sama in need of training, at age 16 a special type of shrine maiden gets replaced in this feudal era story. Of course, Nanahoshi our beloved ninja from the first story is still hanging around. Being a bit nosy and interested by lights being on in Rio-sama's room late at night, Manon-sama decides to spy... Manon-sama sees a lot and soon replaces Rio-sama, whom Nanahoshi can't seem to forget. Making love with the virgin Manon-sama is satisfying but it doesn't heal his heart for his missing love, he hears news of where Rio-sama may have left to and has to go investigate .. for it "that kind of place..." What happens to these three from here? Read the story to find out! This is a great erotic story and really beautiful and fun. I hope you guys love it like we do!
There is many chapters in this story and to explain each and everyone would be a waste of time and would destroy the experience. At the end of the stories is a bonus chapter. Enjoy!

You may have read a translated version of the same story with a different ending by Uchouten titled "Night Flight" These stories are the originals that appeared in the Shota anthology listed in the book information section of this post. Uchouten had a habit of releasing stories in Anthologies and then re-releasing them as separate doujinshi or manga type books. In the case of the Scarlet Saga this was done, infact, I do believe that we did Night Flight some time ago. Either way, sometimes items are translated by more than one group, if you say the exact same translation, it IS possible that you got it as an early release on Genki but we never post work that we didn't work on, that's our policy - if not one team member did anything on an item - it does not get posted here - the only exception is work that was prior to a member joining Hataraki Bachi. Sometimes my teammates will submit work for upload that they worked on either solo or with others but it has to be something they worked on. Here at Busy Bee Translations, everything posted is 100% translated or at least edited by a minimum of one team member. I'm back logged with translations and tat was supposed to be released late spring, when the blog was done a lot of stuff got released on Genki forum first and a lot of times it still does but not everyone is a member and this is the number 1 place to find our material ^_^
That being said, I agree, Uchouten is super awesome, Uchofan1 (boutoku) and myself agree that Uchouten work is the best work hehe
